Lumber Warp

PE (Polyethylene) Fabrics

Our main wrap product line is a 100GSM (grams per square meter) coated woven PE (polyethylene) fabric. The woven fabric is a 7 x 7 weave with a 1 mil coating on both side. It meets most requirements for lumber wrap and it has very durable and robust fabric strength. With a Mullen Burst of 180 P.S.I. you can rest assured that your product is perfectly protected. The fabric is pliable to -40 degrees celsius, so your wrap line won’t let you down even under that most extreme weather conditions.

We also provide 110GSM, 120GSM, 130GSM coated for the products that require extra protection need. These are generally used for exporting overseas, but are also used by many higher end applications for high valued customers. The same 7 x 7 weave for domestic wrap (100GSM) is used here, but the coating has been bolstered up by 10%~ 30%.

PP (Polypropylene) Fabrics

PP is available upon request

• Weights Ranging from 100 to 130 gsm +/- 5%
• UVI treated for extended resistance to sunlight
• Fabric 7 x 7 mesh
• Up to 3 color printing and 144" in width
• We can customize the mesh, weights and the length of the roll
• Available in black / white or white / tan
• Rolls can be C – folded, if needed
• Use for lumber and different wood products as well as building materials
